Russian President Vladimir Putin said during his meeting with Pakistan's interim Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar in China that Russia's 2023 grain harvest would be around 137-138 million tons.
Putin said, "Last year, we achieved a record harvest of 158 million tons of grain. This year will also be very good. It is already clear that it will be around 137-138 million tons."
Both Putin and the Russian Ministry of Agriculture had previously estimated the country's grain harvest at 135 million tons.
