Real estate owned by the Turkish Sugar Factory in Bursa sold for 58 million 500 thousand lira
A decision by the Privatization Administration regarding the sale of real estate and the structures located on it in the Karacabey district of Bursa, owned by the Turkish Sugar Factory, for 58 million 500 thousand lira has been published in the Official Gazette.
According to the decision regarding the Privatization Administration published in the Official Gazette with the signature of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the 8,556 square meter property and the structures on it in the Karacabey district of Bursa, owned by the Turkish Sugar Factory, were sold for 58 million 500 thousand lira to Coşkun Örs Yemek, Gıda, Hayvancılık, Turizm ve Otelcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
It was stated that the decision in question was taken in accordance with Articles 3 and provisional 29 of Law No. 4046 and provisional Article 8 of Decree Law No. 703.
