Calculations regarding the raise rate that SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will receive in January 2027 have begun to take shape based on inflation data and expectations for the second half of the year. The inflation difference for the 3-month period covering July, August, and September has been finalized at 5.56 percent.
This rate, which emerged according to the consumer price index data announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute, revealed the first raise calculation for the second half of the year. Expectations for October, November, and December are being evaluated through the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey's Market Participants Survey.

With the year-end consumer inflation expectation in the survey announced at 29.63 percent, it was calculated that the total 6-month inflation covering the July-December period would be 11.11 percent. If this rate is realized, the January raise for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will be at the same level.
According to the current calculation, the lowest pension, which is currently applied as 23 thousand 552 TL, could increase by 2 thousand 616 TL with an 11.11 percent raise. Thus, the lowest pension could rise to the level of 26 thousand 168 TL.
However, the final picture will be clarified after the inflation data for the last three months of the year are announced. The legal regulation and the relevant decision process for the application of the base amount regarding the lowest pension will also be decisive.
