Sale of 10 properties belonging to the Treasury and public institutions approved
The tender results for 10 properties in 7 provinces put up for sale by the Privatization Administration have been approved. While the sale prices of the properties range from 550 thousand liras to 45 million 750 thousand liras, the highest-priced sale was for 4 parcels in Aliağa, İzmir.
New sale decisions regarding properties under the scope and program of the Privatization Administration have been published in the Official Gazette. With these decisions, the results of tenders for a total of 10 properties registered in the names of the Treasury, Sümer Holding, TCDD, and the Turkish Sugar Factories in 7 provinces have been approved.
Sale prices ranged from 550 thousand liras to 45 million 750 thousand liras. The highest-value transaction was the sale of 4 parcels totaling 987.26 square meters, registered in the name of the Treasury in the village of Yukarı Şakran in the Aliağa district of İzmir, as a whole to Roza Hayvancılık ve Tarım Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
In Ankara, it was decided that 3 parcels totaling 10 thousand 949 square meters, registered in the name of the Treasury in the Karacakaya neighborhood of the Yenimahalle district, would be sold to Metehan Taşkoparan for 40 million 200 thousand liras. The sale of a 1200-square-meter Treasury property in the İncek neighborhood of the Gölbaşı district to Kazım Balay for 15 million 200 thousand liras was also approved.

The decisions also included a provision stating that if the buyers who submitted the highest bids refrain from signing the contract or fail to fulfill their obligations, the temporary guarantee will be recorded as revenue in favor of the relevant administration and the tender will be canceled.
