SAROS Research publishes survey results: Citizens are aware of the economic bottleneck!

SAROS Research has announced the results of its "Turkey Agenda and Politics Research" conducted with 2,260 people in 30 metropolitan cities.

According to the research, the majority of the public thinks that the economy will be 'very bad' in 2024. While 57.5 percent of the public holds the view that it will be 'worse' than the current situation, 11.4 percent said they think it will be the same. Those who said it would be 'good' remained at 23.7 percent, while 7.3 percent did not express an opinion.

CITIZENS DO NOT BELIEVE POLITICIANS CAN SOLVE IT

The responses to the question "In your opinion, what is Turkey's most important problem today?" were 70 percent economy, 6.2 percent unemployment, 5.6 percent justice, 3.7 percent wars, 3.4 percent refugees, 2.8 percent education, 1.7 percent security, 1.4 percent government, 1.2 percent terrorism, and 1.2 percent low pension salaries. When asked "which of the political parties can provide a solution to these problems," 33 percent of citizens formed the majority by answering "none," while those who think the AKP will solve it were 24 percent, and those who said the CHP will solve it were 11.2 percent.
