According to the information provided, Ali Yalçın, who graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering, began his career at İş Bankası in 2001 as an Assistant Organization and Method Specialist in the Corporate Architecture Department.

Yalçın became an Assistant Manager in the same department in 2009 and a Unit Manager in 2012. Having served as a Domain Lead in the Business Banking Agile Organization Pilot Study in 2018, Yalçın was appointed as a Head Office Department Manager in 2019, Agile Management Manager in 2020, Corporate Architecture Manager in February 2021, and Human Resources Management Manager in December 2021.
