Senior appointment at LC Waikiki

According to the statement made by the company, Sinem Akgül Yılmaz, who has served as a senior executive in the sector for many years, has been appointed to the position of Deputy General Manager responsible for Marketing, Communication, and Customer Insights at LC Waikiki.

Yılmaz, who is experienced in creating actionable strategic plans to achieve corporate business goals in large-scale companies with her expertise that adds value to business processes, and who has been serving as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at LC Waikiki for the past year, began her new role as the brand's Deputy General Manager responsible for Customer Insights and Marketing Communication as of January 1.

Yılmaz completed her undergraduate studies in International Relations at Galatasaray University, finishing her final year in the same department at Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Having completed her master's degree in Business Administration at Bilgi University, Yılmaz began her career as a product manager and subsequently managed the Marketing and Communication departments of various large companies.

Most recently, Yılmaz served as the Director of Marketing, Customer Experience, and Passenger Operations at IGA Istanbul Airport for 5 years, and joined LC Waikiki in 2023.

Yılmaz will undertake the mission of making the company's success sustainable with her expertise in marketing, customer insights, communication, and digital marketing, as well as her leadership skills and experience at LC Waikiki.
