Sharp drop in shares: Statement from Tekfen following the operation on Can Holding!

As part of an operation launched against Can Holding for the crimes of "establishing a criminal organization," "smuggling," "fraud," and "money laundering," detention warrants were issued for a total of 10 people, including holding executives Mehmet Şakir Can, Kemal Can, and Kenan Tekdağ. A total of 121 companies, including Show TV and Habertürk, were seized by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF).

The operation in question caused a sharp drop in the stock market shares of Tekfen Holding, a partner of Can Holding.

Tekfen Holding shares lost 9.10% of their value during the day, falling to the 83.05 TL level. The floor and ceiling price range determined for the same day varied between 82.30 TL and 100.50 TL.

Tekfen Holding issued a statement to KAP regarding the operation.

The following statements were included in the announcement:

"On 11.09.2025, around 08:00 in the morning, information was obtained from press and media outlets regarding the investigation conducted by the Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office; that the assets of Can Holding and its 121 subsidiaries were seized, the TMSF was appointed as a trustee; that judicial measures were taken against the relevant parties, and that a press release was issued on this matter by the Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

As of the latest situation, within our Company's capital, Can Kültür Sanat Eğitim Kurumları İşletmeciliği AŞ, one of the Can Group companies, holds 11.36%; MCN Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ holds 4.48%, and KCN Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ holds 1.72% of the shares, and the total share ratio of Can Group companies in our Company's capital is 17.56%.

As of the time of our announcement; there are no measures or similar sanctions applied to the shares in question or to our Company's legal entity within the scope of the aforementioned press release by the Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. There is no information or statement indicating that our Company is involved in the ongoing investigation."
