Şimşek quotes Erdoğan's post: We are moving forward with determination

Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek made a statement by quoting the inflation message of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Arguing that they are continuing the fight against inflation with 'determination' with Erdoğan's support, Şimşek stated that they will reach the goal of price stability.

MESSAGE OF DETERMINATION IN THE FIGHT AGAINST INFLATION

Evaluating the situation after the April inflation was announced as 4.18 percent, President Erdoğan stated that they would not take a step back despite the pressure of global fuel prices, saying, "Even if we are walking against the wind, there is not the slightest regression in our will."

Şimşek, quoting Erdoğan's post, noted the following:

"With the strong support of our President, we are continuing the fight against inflation with determination. Thanks to the confidence in our program, where we have achieved significant results in many areas, we will also reach our goal of price stability by permanently reducing inflation."
