SPK approves IPOs for 4 companies
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Vişne Madencilik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Seranit Granit Seramik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Enda Enerji Holding AŞ, and Birleşim Grup Enerji Yatırımları AŞ.
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has granted approval for the IPOs of 4 companies.
According to the SPK's weekly bulletin, the Board approved the IPO applications for Vişne Madencilik at 37.44 liras, Seranit Granit Seramik at 12 liras, Enda Enerji Holding at 17.44 liras, and Birleşim Grup Enerji at 12.14 liras.
The bonus share capital increases of 980 million liras for Uşak Seramik Sanayi AŞ and 267.2 million liras for e-Data Teknoloji Pazarlama AŞ were approved.
The Board authorized debt instrument issuance applications for Aktif Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 13 billion liras, Dinamik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 200 million liras, Creditwest Faktoring AŞ for 130 million liras, Vera Konsept GYO AŞ for 3.5 billion liras, Limak Yenilenebilir Enerji AŞ for 600 million dollars, Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası AŞ for 500 million dollars, and Destek Finans Faktoring AŞ for 21 million dollars.
The applications for the issuance of lease certificates and asset-backed securities (VİDMK) were approved for Fibabanka AŞ Second Asset Finance Fund for 10 billion liras, KT Sukuk Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 1.5 billion liras, and Emlak Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 500 million liras.
NEW FUNDS AUTHORIZED
The SPK responded positively to the request for the establishment of the "Sparta Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Venture Capital Umbrella Fund" and the "Neo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Debt Instruments Umbrella Fund."
The establishment of the "Nurol Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Eleventh Real Estate Investment Fund" and the "Qinvest Portföy Yönetimi AŞ X12 Venture Capital Investment Fund" was authorized, and the request for the approval of issuance documents regarding the issuance of participation shares was approved.
ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND ACCESS BLOCKING DECISIONS
As a result of an investigation into Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, the Board imposed an administrative fine of approximately 140 thousand liras on the company.
The Board also decided to carry out the necessary legal procedures to block access to 30 websites identified as providing unauthorized crypto asset services to residents in Turkey and facilitating leveraged trading from abroad.
