SPK approves IPOs for two companies, blocks access to 29 websites

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Özata Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Cem Zeytin AŞ.

SPK approves IPOs for two companies, blocks access to 29 websites

According to the SPK's weekly bulletin, the Board approved the initial public offering of Özata Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ at 105 Turkish Lira per share and Cem Zeytin AŞ at 15.30 Turkish Lira per share.

The Board also accepted the bonus share issuance applications of Pera Yatırım Holding AŞ for 855 million 360 thousand Turkish Lira, Pınar Entegre Et ve Un Sanayii AŞ for 260 million 10 thousand Turkish Lira, Pınar Su ve İçecek Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 189 million 525 thousand 416.90 Turkish Lira, Pınar Süt Mamülleri Sanayii AŞ for 269 million 706 thousand 307.50 Turkish Lira, Dyo Boya Fabrikaları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 200 million Turkish Lira, and Halk Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 535 million Turkish Lira.

Approval was granted for the debt instrument issuance applications of Eker Süt Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1 billion Turkish Lira, Sümer Varlık Yönetim AŞ for 1 billion 670 million Turkish Lira, Creditwest Faktoring AŞ for 100 million Turkish Lira, Arzum Elektrikli Ev Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1 billion 500 million Turkish Lira, and QNB Finans Faktoring AŞ for 600 million Turkish Lira.

Furthermore, the asset-backed securities issuance of 1 billion Turkish Lira by Pasha Yatırım Bankası AŞ Seyidoğlu Otomotiv Varlık Finansmanı Fonu and TMKŞ Zip Finansman Birinci Varlık Finansmanı Fonu, as well as the lease certificate issuance based on a management contract of 1 billion Turkish Lira by D Varlık Kiralama AŞ, were approved.

The Board responded positively to the requests for the establishment of Piramit Portföy Yönetimi AŞ İlaç ve Kimya Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu, Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Climatetech Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu, Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Solaris Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu, Neo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Cleantech Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu, and Rota Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Teknosab Lojistik Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu.

The Board filed a criminal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against 2 individuals responsible for transactions carried out in the Adese Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ (ADESE) share market, and decided to impose a 2-year trading ban on 1 individual in the stock exchange and other organized markets due to transactions carried out in the Adese Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ share market.

The Board decided to initiate the necessary legal procedures to block access to 29 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for persons residing in Turkey.
