SPK statement on Şişecam to the KAP
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has determined that no action is required following its investigation into Şişecam's share transactions.
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has concluded its investigation into share transactions, which was initiated upon the request of Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları AŞ. The evaluation resulted in the conclusion that there is no situation requiring any action to be taken.
In the statement published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that the investigation, launched following Şişecam's application on June 10, 2024, found that the elements of the crimes defined in Articles 106 and 107 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, as well as the acts specified in the relevant articles of the Communiqué on Market Disruptive Actions, did not occur. Therefore, the SPK decided that there was no need to take any action.
Furthermore, it was stated that the decision reached would be communicated to Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları AŞ.
