Statement from Emlak Katılım regarding Katılımevim and Birevim
An application for permission has been submitted to the Competition Authority for the transfer of shares in Katılımevim, Birevim, and İktisat Katılım Bankası.
Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası AŞ has issued a new statement regarding the process for the transfer of shares in Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ, Birevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ, and İktisat Katılım Bankası AŞ to the bank.
In the notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the necessary application for permission was submitted to the Competition Authority on September 30, 2026, as part of the share transfer transactions.
The statement referred to the bank's previous special case disclosures on the same subject dated September 17 and September 25, 2026, noting that "other permission and approval processes are ongoing."
In addition to the Competition Authority process, other relevant permissions and approvals are expected to be finalized for the completion of the aforementioned transfer transactions.
