Koç Holding has announced that it will participate in the tender for the privatization of the Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina through the "granting of operating rights" method for a period of 40 years.
The following was stated in Koç Holding's announcement on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP):
"Our subsidiary, Tek-Art Kalamış ve Fenerbahçe Marmara Turizm Tesisleri AŞ, will participate in the tender to be held on July 16, 2024, for the privatization of the Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina through the 'granting of operating rights' method for a period of 40 years, as announced by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Treasury and Finance Privatization Administration; should the tender be won, information regarding the matter will be shared with our investors."
