Statement from the Banks Association of Turkey on 50 and 100 dollar bills: When will the update be completed?
The Banks Association of Turkey (TBB) issued a statement regarding counterfeit 50 and 100 dollar bills in the market, stating: "In order to combat counterfeit currency and prevent its circulation, necessary checks and updates are being performed on money counting machines, counterfeit currency detection devices, and ATMs currently in use."
An announcement has been made by the TBB regarding counterfeit currency banknotes.

STATEMENT ON COUNTERFEIT DOLLARS
"In order to combat counterfeit currency and prevent its circulation, necessary checks and updates are being performed on money counting machines, counterfeit currency detection devices, and ATMs currently in use. The banking sector is working diligently in close cooperation with relevant public institutions to ensure that economic activity continues in a healthy and uninterrupted manner, to protect the rights and interests of customers, and to complete the necessary work in a short time for an effective fight against counterfeit currency."
