Statement from the SSI for retirees who received lower pension payments

Following complaints from some retirees that their monthly payments were deposited as lower amounts, a statement was issued by the Social Security Institution (SSI). The institution announced that details regarding deductions seen in retirement pensions can be learned via e-Devlet.

In a post made on the SSI's official social media account, it was stated that decreases in monthly payments due to prescription co-pays, examination fees, enforcement orders, or other legal deductions can be queried through the system.

For retirees to access this information, they must log in to the system by authenticating with their Turkish ID number and e-Devlet password. After logging in, deduction explanations for the current month as well as previous months can be viewed through the "Retirement Pension Deductions" service.

For a detailed query, it is sufficient to click the "New query" button on the service screen and select the month to be reviewed.
