Stock market rises in the first half of the day: What is the latest on the dollar, euro, and gold?

The stock market rose in the first half of the day.

As of 13:00, the index rose by 64.59 points and 0.63 percent compared to the previous close, reaching 10,333.17 points. The BIST 100 index, which closed at 10,268.58 points yesterday, started the day at 10,276.76 points with an increase of 8.18 points and 0.08 percent.

The index saw a low of 10,252.10 points and a high of 10,344.81 points during the first half of the day.

In the first half of the day, the financial index gained 0.70 percent, the industrial index 0.40 percent, and the services index 0.30 percent, while the technology index lost 0.03 percent.

Compared to the previous close, 60 of the stocks included in the BIST 100 index rose in the first half of the day, while 36 lost value. The most actively traded stocks were Ereğli Demir Çelik, Turkish Airlines, Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları, Akbank, and Halkbank.

GOLD OUNCE PRICE AT 2 THOUSAND 374 DOLLARS

In international markets, as of 13:00, the euro/dollar parity is at 1.0780, the sterling/dollar parity is at 1.2530, and the dollar/yen parity is at 155.70.

In the Istanbul free market, the dollar is being sold at 32.2240 liras and the euro at 34.7590 liras.

The ounce of gold is trading at 2 thousand 374 dollars with a 1.20 percent increase in international markets, and a barrel of London Brent crude oil is trading at 84.1 dollars with a 0.2 percent increase.
