Striking gram gold forecast from İslam Memiş
Following the volatility in the markets, Gold and Money Markets Expert İslam Memiş has made a striking comment. Pointing to Monday for gold, Memiş said, "We could see figures in the 3000s."
The gold market, which has maintained its volatility recently, has started to decline following the end of the holiday. The price of an ounce of gold, which faced profit-taking, retreated by 100 dollars. Gold and Money Markets Expert İslam Memiş provided figures for gold prices.
Highlights from Memiş's remarks are as follows:
"The price of an ounce of gold rose to the 2431 dollar level. I had a warning not to make panic purchases. There was a 100-dollar retreat in the evening hours. There was a rise to the 2700 TL level in the gram gold price. A retreat of 140 liras occurred. It closed the week at the 2575 lira level."
"NOT A SURPRISE"
"From this point on, there is no such thing as whether it will fall or rise. Citizens will focus on the quantity of their assets, not their prices. It completed the week at the 2343 dollar level on the ounce gold side. It had risen to the 2431 dollar level. I had a warning not to make panic purchases. With the start of the Iran-Israel war, the 3000 dollar level here is not a surprise. The gram gold price completed the week at the 2575 lira level in free markets. My expectation for the 3000-3500 lira level in gram gold continues.
As of Monday, figures in the 3000s could be seen in gram gold. We will continue to look at the 3000-3500 lira level in the short term."
