19.73 MILLION TL NOMINAL VALUE OF SHARES TO BE OFFERED
A total of 19.73 million TL in nominal value of shares will be offered to the public, consisting of 12.83 million TL in shares created during the capital increase from 50 million TL to 62.83 million TL, as well as 3.2 million TL held by existing shareholder Cengiz Dede, 1.6 million TL held by Noyan Burçin Dede, 1.6 million TL held by Tolga Dede, and 500,000 TL held by Nurgül Dede.
In the IPO, which will be conducted through Global Menkul Değerler AŞ, shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 49.50 TL.
The size of the IPO is calculated at 976.6 million TL, and the free float rate will be 31.40 percent.
THE COMPANY HAS COMMITTED NOT TO SELL ITS SHARES FOR 1 YEAR
According to the report in Dünya newspaper, the company has committed not to sell its shares or conduct a paid capital increase for 1 year, while the company's shareholders have committed not to sell shares on the stock exchange for 1 year and not to sell them at a price below the IPO price for 1 year starting from the date the shares begin trading on the stock exchange.
