The economic fire continues: Major decline in purchasing power
According to the latest survey by ASAL Research, a large majority of citizens state that their purchasing power has decreased over the last six months.
The effects of economic difficulties on society are becoming increasingly apparent. A survey conducted by ASAL Research revealed that 61 percent of participants stated that their purchasing power has fallen in the last six months.
In contrast, the proportion of those who believe their purchasing power has increased was determined to be only 4.1 percent.
While 30.1 percent of survey participants indicated that there was no change in their purchasing power, 4.8 percent did not express an opinion on the matter.
