Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding A.Ş. announced in a notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that a trustee has been appointed to the company.
In the company's announcement, it was stated that in accordance with the decision of the Istanbul 5th Criminal Court of Peace, the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has been appointed as trustee for Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding.
Following the decision, the company's new board of directors was also formed by the TMSF Fund Board. Accordingly, Enis Güçlü Şirin was appointed as chairman of the board, and Cüneyt Ardağ was appointed as deputy chairman.
Melek İnceköse İmert, Ercan Doğan, Arif Kural, Mert Can Aktı, Batuhan Başoğlu, Aybike Kaynar Bardakcı, and Mine Terzi were appointed as members of the board of directors.
The KAP notification stated that the management and representation authority of the company is being exercised by the board of directors appointed by the TMSF Fund Board.
