The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) will carry out the sale of companies and assets operating in various sectors throughout the month of September.

According to the announcement made by the Fund, the Aydınlı Giyim Group, which it manages as a trustee, is being put up for sale. The tender for the group, which includes leading ready-to-wear brands such as Pierre Cardin, Cacharel, and U.S. Polo Assn., will be held on September 23. The estimated value of the tender has been announced as 20 billion 350 million liras. Details regarding the sale can be accessed on the official website of the TMSF.

The TMSF is planning numerous sales in different fields in September.

Özçay İplik Tekstil will go to tender on September 3 with an estimated value of 37 million 300 thousand liras.

Luxury vehicles belonging to the Kuzey Group will be put up for sale on September 4.

For the tender to be held for Hes Kablo on September 9, the estimated value will be 18 billion 600 million liras.

Flash Haber TV will be put up for sale on September 17 with a value of 84 million liras.

The sale of RHG Enertürk will take place on September 24.

İstikbal Mobilya will be put up for sale on September 30 with an estimated value of 12 billion 500 million liras.

In addition to companies, various assets are also on the TMSF's sales list. Real estate in various cities owned by the Fund will be sold via tender on September 12, a custom-built boat belonging to Karpuz Danışmanlık on September 3, and a live broadcast vehicle on September 17. Furthermore, real estate in Istanbul belonging to Erta İnşaatçılık and a luxury vehicle belonging to Keö Prodüksiyon will be put up for sale on September 5.

The TMSF announces sales notices regarding the companies and assets it manages as a trustee to the public through the Official Gazette, its official website, and high-circulation newspapers.

Estimated values are determined following reports prepared by independent valuation companies licensed by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The revenue to be obtained from the tenders will primarily be used to pay public debts and cover employee receivables.
