TMSF puts Birinci Hospital up for sale with an estimated value of 546.5 million liras
According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, the tender will be conducted through closed envelope and open auction methods; the deadline for bids is July 28.
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put the Birinci Hospital Commercial and Economic Integrity up for sale. The tender announcement regarding the sale has been published in the Official Gazette.
In the announcement, the estimated value of the aforementioned integrity was set at 546 million 500 thousand liras. Both closed envelope and open auction methods will be applied in the tender.
Those wishing to participate in the tender must deposit a guarantee of 54 million 650 thousand liras and submit their bids in a sealed, signed envelope by 16:00 on July 28.
The open auction phase will be held on July 29 at 11:00 at the TMSF building in Esentepe, Istanbul.
