The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) will offer 383 plots of land located in 46 provinces for sale via auction.
The total size of the real estate to be put up for sale was announced as 1 million 684 thousand 690 square meters. The total estimated value of the plots was set at 10 billion 358 million 647 thousand 195 Turkish Lira.
For plots designated for residential, commercial, tourism, education, agricultural, industrial, sports, urban development, unplanned area, recreation, storage, gas station, logistics facility, and afforestation use, a 25 percent down payment and a 48-month installment option will be offered. It was reported that some properties will be sold for a cash price, and a 15 percent discount will be applied to cash purchases.
The auctions will be held on September 29-30 at 10:30 AM at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ İstanbul Service Building. Bids can also be submitted online via the address “muzayede.emlakyonetim.com.tr”.
The plots included in the sale are located in Adana, Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Ardahan, Artvin, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bayburt, Bilecik, Bingöl, Bolu, Çankırı, Çorum, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Giresun, Hatay, Iğdır, İstanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kars, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kilis, Konya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Sinop, Sivas, Tekirdağ, Van, Yozgat, and Zonguldak.
