The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) will put a total of 346 properties located in 47 provinces up for auction. The sales will be conducted via an open auction method on January 7-8, 2025. The auction will take place at 10:30 AM at the Ankara İLBANK Macunköy Social Facilities and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building.
TOKİ PROPERTY SALE PAYMENT PLAN
The properties offered for sale stand out with favorable payment terms. Buyers can take advantage of a 72-month installment plan with a 25 percent down payment, or opt for a 60-month installment plan with a 15 percent down payment. This flexible payment plan aims to increase interest from investors.
In addition to participating in the auction in person, an online bidding option is also available. Online participation will provide the opportunity to purchase property without having to leave one's location.
