Accordingly, the Treasury's cash revenues last month were 486 billion 262 million lira, while cash expenditures were 555 billion 315 million lira. Non-interest expenditures amounted to 508 billion 739 million lira, and interest payments totaled 46 billion 577 million lira. The non-interest balance recorded a deficit of 22 billion 477 million lira.

In September, the cash balance recorded a deficit of 69 billion 53 million lira. The increase resulting from exchange rate differences was 5 billion 202 million lira, while an increase of 8 billion 310 million lira was observed in the net cash/bank account.
