Turkish Airlines has announced the establishment of a new company named "THY Yatırım Yönetim A.Ş."
Turkish Airlines (THY) has established a new company under the name "THY Yatırım Yönetim A.Ş."
In a statement sent by THY to the Public Disclosure Platform, the following expressions were used: "Our Board of Directors has decided to establish 'THY Yatırım Yönetim A.Ş.', a 100% subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, for the purpose of managing various investment projects that fall outside our partnership's main field of activity through a subsidiary company."
It was stated that the company's capital is 2 billion 500 million Turkish Lira.
