A decision has been made to liquidate the Turkish-Sudanese International Agriculture and Livestock Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises (TİGEM).
The Presidential decree regarding the matter has been published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, the liquidation process will be carried out within the scope of the relevant legislation, and all rights and obligations arising from the partnership share will be transferred to TİGEM.
