Two more companies are going public!
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) of Hareket Proje Taşımacılığı ve Yük Mühendisliği AŞ at 70 liras per share.
According to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) bulletin, the Board has approved the bonus share capital increase application of Garanti Faktoring AŞ for 318 million liras, as well as the debt instrument issuance applications of Lider Faktoring AŞ for 135 million liras, Creditwest Faktoring AŞ for 60 million liras, Deniz Finansal Kiralama AŞ for 775 million liras, ING Bank AŞ for 250 million dollars, and Ülker Bisküvi Sanayi AŞ for 550 million dollars.
The SPK has decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings to block access to 25 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.

On the other hand, the request by Logos Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to increase its issued capital from 7.5 million liras to 32 million liras was approved.
