Ülker Bisküvi secures 75 million Euro loan from EBRD
Ülker Bisküvi has secured a 75 million Euro loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to support its environmental sustainability goals and strengthen its financial structure.
According to the company's statement, this loan will be used to restructure existing financing that was obtained in 2023 and is set to mature in 2026.
This new five-year loan will also contribute to Ülker Bisküvi's efforts to achieve its environmental targets.
The company, owned by Murat Ülker, had previously moved its investments to the United Kingdom.
