The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Urban Transformation Presidency has announced that it has put a total of 747 various plots of land located in 53 provinces up for sale. The Ministry announced the details regarding the land sales to the public through an official statement.
According to the announcement, plots in many provinces, including 71 in Istanbul, 138 in Ankara, 34 in Adana, 41 in Muğla, and 76 in Mersin, will be offered for sale via auction on specified dates.

In this context, the plots in Istanbul will be put up for sale on September 12, those in Ankara on September 10, those in Adana and Muğla on September 11, and those in Mersin on September 12. The plots will be offered to buyers with a 25 percent down payment and a 24-month installment option.
The auctions will be held on September 10-12 at 10:30 AM at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Conference Hall in Çankaya, Ankara, and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building Conference Hall in Halkalı, Istanbul.

Furthermore, individuals or legal entities wishing to participate in the auction meeting, where bids can also be placed online, will be able to participate in the tender by depositing a participation guarantee into the bank account specified by Emlak Yönetim before the meeting. These auctions are expected to attract significant interest from investors.
