VAT-exempt land sales begin
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has put 622 various plots of land in 44 provinces up for sale. The plots will be sold via auction between November 21-23, exempt from VAT.
The Urban Transformation Presidency of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has put 622 various plots of land in 44 provinces up for sale.
Suitable plots for commercial and residential areas of different sizes in provinces including Istanbul, Çanakkale, Antalya, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Mersin, Sakarya, and Mardin will be sold through an auction to be held between November 21-23, 2023. The plots will be sold exempt from VAT.
In the sales where legal interest will be applied, 25 percent of the amount will be required as a down payment, and the remainder will be subject to a 24-month installment plan. A 20 percent discount will be applied to those who wish to purchase land with cash payment. Bids for the plots in question can also be submitted online.
