What is the deadline for Annual Income Tax payments?

The Revenue Administration (GİB) has extended the filing deadlines for the 2023 calendar year "Annual Income Tax" returns, which were required to be submitted by the end of April 1, 2024, as well as the payment deadlines for the taxes accrued on these returns, until the end of Friday, April 5, 2024.
A written statement regarding the matter was issued on the GİB's website.
Accordingly, per the Tax Procedure Law Circular No. 166 dated March 28, 2024, the "Annual Income Tax" returns for the 2023 calendar year and the taxes accrued on these returns, which were required to be submitted by the end of April 1, 2024, can now be paid until the end of Friday, April 5, 2024.
The "Form Ba" and "Form Bs" notifications for the February 2024 period, which were required to be submitted by the end of April 1, 2024, can be submitted until the end of Friday, April 5, 2024.
For those included in the electronic ledger application, the deadline for creating and signing e-Ledgers, which were required to be created and signed by the end of April 1, 2024, as well as the deadline for uploading the "Electronic Ledger Certificates" to the Revenue Administration Information Processing System, has also been extended until the end of Friday, April 5, 2024.
