Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan responded to questions regarding the reduction of the number of premium days required for retirement for Bağ-Kur members.
Işıkhan stated the following:
"We will implement it in the Medium-Term Program (MTP). There is no problem with that. That promise will definitely be fulfilled, but we also need not stray too far from budget discipline.
We will, of course, also take premium support for women onto our agenda.
It is on our agenda, in the medium term. We will address it item by item.
It is entirely dependent on budget discipline.
We have met our inflation target, and we will also achieve an increase in welfare."
