The AA Finans survey regarding the April inflation data, which will be announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) on Friday, May 3, has been concluded with the participation of 14 economists.

APRIL INFLATION FORECAST
According to the survey, the average of the economists' inflation expectations for April was 3.22 percent.
The inflation expectations of the economists participating in the survey for April ranged from a low of 2.80 percent to a high of 3.80 percent.
Based on the average of the economists' inflation expectations for April, it is projected that the annual inflation rate, which was 68.50 percent in the previous month, will rise to 69.87 percent.
On the other hand, the economists' year-end inflation expectation for 2024 was 43.65 percent in April.
The Consumer Price Index had recorded an increase of 3.16 percent in March.
