When will the April 2025 SED payments be deposited?

The Ministry of Family and Social Services has announced that Social and Economic Support (SED) payments for families in need will be made in April. According to the statement made in March, a total of 1 billion 224 million TL was paid to the beneficiaries. So, when will the SED payments for April be made?

HAVE THE APRIL 2025 SED PAYMENTS BEEN DEPOSITED?

The April 2025 SED payments are expected to be deposited into accounts by the 15th of the month.

WHO CAN RECEIVE SED SUPPORT?

The conditions required to benefit from the Social and Economic Support service are as follows:

Children who are under care in social service institutions with a care measure decision and who can be placed with their families or relatives when support is provided.

Children who would be in need of protection due to economic insufficiency if they do not receive support can be cared for by their families or relatives by benefiting from social and economic support services without a care measure decision being taken.

Young people who have completed the age limits after a care measure decision was taken and have left social service institutions or foster families, who continue their job and vocational training, or who would fall into a needy situation if they are not supported because they cannot find a job.

Those who are unable to meet their own and their family's basic needs for a period of time due to an extraordinary disaster, natural disaster, illness, or accident, or children of people who have had life-threatening illnesses or have passed away.

Requests are evaluated within the framework of the Regulation on Social and Economic Support Services, and support is provided to those deemed eligible.
