WHEN WILL THE MARCH 2025 RENT HIKE BE ANNOUNCED?

The March rent increase rate has not yet been announced. The Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) will announce the inflation data for February on Monday, March 3, at 10:00 AM. The March rent hike will also be determined based on the February inflation data.

THE RENT INCREASE IN FEBRUARY WAS 56.35 PERCENT

With the announcement of the January inflation data, the rent increase rate for homes and workplaces became clear. The Turkish Statistical Institute announced the inflation rates for January. Monthly inflation was recorded at 5.03%, and annual inflation at 42.12%.

The rent increase rate for homes and workplaces was determined to be 56.35%. In this case, business owners whose lease agreements expired this month will make their payments by applying a 56.35% increase to their rent. Last month, the increase rate was determined to be 58.51%.
