When will THY dividend distribution take place? How much dividend will Turkish Airlines pay?

Turkish Airlines has announced that it will distribute dividends. If the decision, which will be presented to the Ordinary General Assembly in the coming days, is approved, the 2024 profit share will be distributed among shareholders. So, when and how much will THY pay in dividends?

HOW MUCH DIVIDEND WILL TURKISH AIRLINES DISTRIBUTE?

The statement made by THY to the KAP included the following:

"According to Capital Markets Legislation, the amount of profit share to be distributed must also be present in the legal books. In other words, the lower of the profit share amount distributable according to TMS/TFRS and the profit share amount to be distributed according to VUK is determined as the profit share ceiling. In this context, the profit share ceiling that our Partnership can distribute for the 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 accounting period is 342,120,000,000 TL."

HOW MUCH IS THE THY DIVIDEND?

Turkish Airlines (THY) has made a decision regarding dividend distribution. If the dividend decision is approved at the Ordinary General Assembly, a dividend of 5.85 TL per share will be distributed for 2024.

WHEN WILL TURKISH AIRLINES DIVIDENDS BE DISTRIBUTED?

There is currently no definitive date for the THY dividend distribution. The official date will be determined after the Board approves the distribution. However, according to the tentative proposal date in the KAP report, the first payment is planned for June 18, and the second payment is planned for September 4.
