Economists participating in the AA Finans expectation survey expect the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) to keep the policy rate unchanged.
The AA Finans expectation survey regarding the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey's (CBRT) Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting to be held on Thursday, March 21, was concluded with the participation of 20 economists.
The median value of the economists' expectations regarding changes to the policy rate was for the rate to be kept steady at 45 percent.
According to the survey results, the economists' policy rate expectations ranged between 45 percent and 47.50 percent.
The median of the economists' year-end policy rate expectations was 45 percent.
At the MPC meeting held last month, the policy rate was kept steady at 45 percent.
