ICBC Bank Turkey, the Turkish division of the China-based ICBC, which ranks among the world's leading banks in terms of total assets, has decided to close its Antalya branch.
According to a report on NTV, it was stated that the decision was taken as part of the accelerating digitalization process in the banking sector and operational restructuring steps. With the closure of the Antalya location, customer services and corporate transactions have been redirected to other centers.

Following the closure of the branch, the bank's operations in Turkey will continue through a total of 10 branches: Adana, Altunizade, Ankara, Bakırköy, Bursa, İzmir, Kozyatağı, the General Directorate Center, Söğütözü, and Taksim.
The bank's termination of its operations in Antalya is considered one of the latest examples of the trend in the financial sector toward reorganizing physical branch networks and placing greater emphasis on digital channels.
