2026 KPSS Undergraduate applications have begun: Fees, payment channels, and the deadline have been announced
KPSS Undergraduate applications will continue until July 13. The General Ability-General Culture fee has been set at 800 TL, and the Field Knowledge sessions at 500 TL.
The application process for the 2026 KPSS Undergraduate exam, which candidates wishing to work in public institutions will take, has begun. Candidates can complete their applications until July 13, 2026, through ÖSYM Application Centers, via the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions System (AİS), or through the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions Mobile Application.
According to the 2026 KPSS Undergraduate Guide published by ÖSYM, the application fee for the General Ability-General Culture session has been set at 800 TL. Candidates who will take the Field Knowledge exam will pay 500 TL for each session they attend.
Within the scope of KPSS Undergraduate, the General Ability-General Culture session will be held on September 6, 2026, and all candidates are required to attend this session. The Field Knowledge sessions will be held on September 12-13.
HOW WILL THE FEE PAYMENT BE MADE?
Application fees can be paid through the ÖSYM AİS system. Payments can also be made via the internet branches, mobile banking applications, ATMs, and branches of banks contracted with ÖSYM.
For candidates' applications to be considered valid, they must pay the exam fee within the application period. Applications of those who do not make the payment within the specified time will not be considered complete.
Applications for the Religious Services Field Knowledge Test (DHBT), which candidates wishing to work at the Presidency of Religious Affairs will take, will be accepted between September 22 and September 30, 2026. ÖSYM recommends that candidates carefully review the application guide and check their information before completing their transactions.
