The wait continues for candidates regarding the 2nd period preference results of the 2026 Medical Specialization Training Entrance Exam (TUS). As medical doctors await placement into their areas of specialization, all eyes have turned to the official announcement to be made by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).
The 2026-TUS 2nd period exam results were announced by ÖSYM on September 17. Following the results, candidates completed their preference procedures between September 30 and October 7 via the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions System (AİS). The preference process ended on Wednesday, October 7, at 23:59.
No official statement has been made by ÖSYM regarding the placement results yet. It is known that in previous periods, results were generally announced within 10 to 15 days after the completion of the preference process.
According to this schedule, the 2026-TUS 2nd period preference results are expected to be announced on the official ÖSYM website between October 15 and October 20, 2026. Once announced, candidates will be able to check their results via the ÖSYM results screen and the AİS.
