Breaking News: ÖSYM has announced the YKS results

The Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) has announced the results of the 2025 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS). ÖSYM President Bayram Ali Ersoy stated that the evaluation process has been completed and that candidates can check their results at ykssonuc.osym.gov.tr.

In a statement made via social media, Ersoy said, "Dear candidates, the YKS results have been announced. You can access the results at ykssonuc.osym.gov.tr. Preference procedures will take place between July 30 and August 11. I wish the results to be beneficial to everyone."

A total of 2 million 560 thousand 640 candidates participated in this year's exams. Of these, 1 million 375 thousand 383 were female candidates and 1 million 185 thousand 257 were male candidates. While 1 million 721 thousand 52 candidates applied for the Field Proficiency Test (AYT), 215 thousand 447 candidates participated in the Foreign Language Test (YDT).

Candidates will begin their preference procedures based on the exam results. ÖSYM will publish the Higher Education Programs and Quotas Preference Guide on its website for the preference process.
