2025 YDS APPLICATIONS HAVE STARTED

According to the calendar of the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), the application dates for the 2025 Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS/1) have been announced.

Accordingly, 2025 YDS/1 applications started on Wednesday, January 22 and will end on January 29.

Late applications will be accepted on February 7, 2025.

HOW TO APPLY FOR 2025 YDS/1?

Candidates will be able to submit their applications starting from 11:00 on January 22, 2025, through ÖSYM Application Centers, as well as via the ÖSYM's ais.osym.gov.tr website or the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions Mobile Application.

HOW MUCH IS THE 2025 YDS/1 APPLICATION FEE?

The YDS application fee has been set at 750 TL. For applications made on the late application day, the exam fee will be paid with a 50% surcharge.

WHICH BANKS WILL THE EXAM FEE BE DEPOSITED TO?

The exam fee for applications can be deposited via the branches, ATMs, and internet banking of the following banks (excluding candidates applying from the TRNC):

Akbank: All branches, ATM, and internet banking

Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası: All branches, ATM, and internet banking

QNB Finansbank: All branches, ATM, and mobile banking

Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası: All branches, ATM, and internet banking

Halkbank: ATM, internet banking, and branches

ING Bank: All branches and internet banking

Vakıf Katılım Bankası: All branches, ATM, internet banking, and mobile banking

Ziraat Bankası: Only internet banking and mobile banking (Payments cannot be made at branches and ATMs)

İş Bankası: All branches, ATM, mobile banking, and internet banking

The exam fee can also be paid with a credit card or debit card via the “PAYMENTS” section located under the e-TRANSACTIONS tab on the ÖSYM website.

WHEN IS YDS/1?

The 2025 YDS/1 exam will be held on March 9. The exam will start at 10:15 and will last 180 minutes.

WHEN WILL THE RESULTS BE ANNOUNCED?

YDS/1 results will be announced on April 4, 2025.
