HE HAD A SIGNATURE ON THE İMAMOĞLU DECISION

It had been stated that Zülfikar had a signature on the decision regarding the cancellation of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu's Istanbul University diploma during the March 19 process.
