The 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes caused major damage in Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye, and Şanlıurfa. Last year, education was suspended in some provinces on the anniversary of the February 6 earthquake. So, will schools be open on February 6 this year? As of now, no official statement has been made regarding whether schools will be closed.

February 6, referred to as the "disaster of the century," has not been included in the scope of public holidays in our country.
