Touching upon the details of the investigation, Tekin stated that legal proceedings are ongoing against individuals, including school administrators. "Disciplinary action may be taken as a result of the administrative investigation. If necessary, a criminal case will also be filed, and those responsible will be punished in the harshest way possible," he said.

Minister Tekin had strongly opposed the claims that "LGS questions were stolen" and stated that he found these allegations baseless. Tekin had made the statement, 'Our inspectors conducted their examinations immediately. We are explaining it, we are saying this. I apologize.
