With the arrival of winter, weather conditions have become severe. Due to adverse weather conditions in Artvin, education has been suspended for one day on Monday, December 16, in the Şavşat and Yusufeli districts. Additionally, it was announced that schools will be closed tomorrow in the Çamlıhemşin district of Rize.

The following statement was made by the Şavşat District Governorate:
“Due to potential disruptions in transportation resulting from the ongoing adverse weather conditions in our district, education and training in primary and secondary schools as well as public education centers have been suspended for one day on Monday, December 16. Furthermore, pregnant and disabled personnel working in public institutions will also be considered on administrative leave on the same date.”

SCHOOLS CLOSED IN ÇAMLIHEMŞİN
In the Çamlıhemşin district of Rize, education has been suspended for tomorrow due to snow and icing. The following statements were included in the announcement made by the District Governorate:
"Due to the adverse weather conditions in our district, education and training in primary and secondary schools will be suspended for one day on Monday, 16.12.2024. Disabled and pregnant personnel working in public institutions and organizations will also be considered on administrative leave."
