When will the school mid-term break begin?
Students and parents are curious about the dates for the first mid-term break of the 2025-2026 academic year. According to the calendar announced by the Ministry of National Education, when will the November mid-term break begin and how long will it last?
According to the Ministry of National Education's 2025-2026 academic calendar, the first mid-term break in schools will begin on Friday, November 7. Students will enter a break period starting from this date that will last approximately 10 days. Educational and training activities will resume on Monday, November 17.
The mid-term break will officially last between November 10 and 14. However, when weekends are included in the break days, students will have a total of 9 days off.
OTHER HOLIDAY DATES
According to the Ministry of National Education's 2025-2026 work calendar, the semester break will take place between January 10 and 30, 2026. The second mid-term break will be between March 16 and 20, 2026. Schools will close for the summer break on June 19, 2026.
