YDS 2025 applications have begun: How to apply for the ÖSYM YDS English exam and what is the fee?

YDS ENGLISH EXAM APPLICATIONS HAVE BEGUN!

According to ÖSYM’s 2025 exam calendar, the application dates for the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS/English) have been finalized.

Candidates will be able to submit their applications for the YDS English exam between May 20 and May 26, 2025.

HOW AND WHERE TO APPLY FOR THE YDS ENGLISH EXAM?

Candidates will be able to submit their applications as of May 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM; through ÖSYM Application Centers, at the address https://ais.osym.gov.tr, or via the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions Mobile Application.

HOW MUCH IS THE YDS ENGLISH EXAM FEE?

The 2025 YDS English exam fee has been announced as 850 TL. The deadline for paying the exam fee is May 27, 2025.

Candidates can pay the exam fee during the application period through the banks listed in the guide or by using a credit or debit card via the “PAYMENTS” screen located in the e-TRANSACTIONS section on the ÖSYM website.

Akbank: Branches, ATMs, and internet banking (excluding applications from the TRNC)

Albaraka Türk Participation Bank: Branches, ATMs, and internet banking (excluding applications from the TRNC)

QNB Finansbank: Branches, ATMs, and mobile banking (excluding applications from the TRNC)

Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank: Branches, ATMs, and internet banking (excluding applications from the TRNC)

Halkbank: Branches, ATMs, and internet banking

ING Bank: Branches and internet banking (excluding applications from the TRNC)

Vakıf Participation Bank: Branches, ATMs, internet, and mobile banking (excluding applications from the TRNC)

Ziraat Bank: Payments are accepted only via internet and mobile banking (Branches and ATMs do not accept them)

İş Bank: Branches, ATMs, internet, and mobile banking

Yapı ve Kredi Bank: Only mobile banking (excluding candidates without MERNİS registration)

WHEN IS THE YDS ENGLISH EXAM?

According to ÖSYM’s exam calendar, the 2025 YDS (English) will be administered on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

The exam will start at 10:15 AM, and candidates will be given 180 minutes (3 hours).
